Review by hotel critic
Review of the Tiger Inn: Luxury Meets ValueDuring my recent stay at the Tiger Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the balance of luxury and value the hotel offered. As a history teacher from Shanghai, I appreciate accommodation that provides both comfort and a touch of elegance. Upon arrival, the staff made it evident that guest service is a priority. Izzy, in particular, stood out with her professionalism and engagement. It's refreshing when staff take the time to chat and share insights about the hotel's history, enhancing the overall experience. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and clean-ideal for a restful night. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like an electric kettle for my tea cravings, and the flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. While I was initially concerned about the lack of an iron, the staff quickly rectified this, showcasing their commitment to service. Parking was hassle-free, with available bays just outside. The Tiger Inn balances indulgence with practicality, making it a wise choice for travelers. For those seeking both comfort and a historical touch, this hotel is a solid pick in town. The value it offers ensures you won't be left feeling underwhelmed.
